Shipping Policy
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ON THIS PAGE AS WELL AS ANY OTHER RELEVANT PAGE.
1. Ghost Games is not liable for Stolen or Lost orders that have been marked as delivered.
2. We do the best quality control possible, yet small tears, scuffs and other minor imperfections are normal and not grounds for compensation.
3. We are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred for international packages, nor any damages if a package is opened during inspection.
4. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered by customers, we assume no responsibility for any loss due to this error.
5. Oversized orders or orders to remote areas may be subject to additional fees. You will be contacted accordingly.
6. All sales are final once the shipping label has been created or the pickup ready email has been sent. Please refer to the FAQ for damaged items.
7. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If that is the case, you will receive a full refund.
